Today I met the rubber chicken. I'm not sure what to think of it. I lick it sometimes, but mostly it just scares me. I had to sleep with it, and it SQUEAKS when I roll around in my sleep. Kind of scary.

I’m on a mission to run faster and farther, and bring everyone with me one Prairie Mile at a time. If running had a sales person, it would be me. I think everyone should run. Running changes people.
